Welcome! I am a postdoctoral researcher at Arizona State University, working in the EPIC lab. My work focuses on the magmatic processes and tectonic influences underlying volcanic eruptions. A combination of petrology, physical volcanology, and thermodynamic modeling lets me reconstruct the pre-eruptive conditions of magma bodies. While individual eruptions are important, my focus is on the general processes that underlie magmatism and volcanism.
